What is KISS for the Cure?
KISS for the Cure encourages all participants to recognize that breast self-examination (BSE) is just one part of a very important three-part program for the early detection of breast cancer. The three-part program, physician examination, routine screening mammography, and breast self-examination, is recommended by major national health organizations including the American Cancer Society, the National Cancer Institute, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
KISS Country will even send a simple reminder to do a breast self-exam, BSE, each month.

Here’s how it works:
1 – Find your “Friends for Life” – choose family members, friends or co-workers
2 – Mark your calendar – on the 9th of each month, you’ll receive an e-mail reminder
3 - Call your “Friends for Life” - remind each other to do your breast self-exam, BSE. If you find a lump call your doctor.
